Status of 100% offline play in FS2020?

When I was MSFS alpha tester I had slow AT&T 50mps (realistically more like 25) internet with limited data and never had problem with online connectivity or data cap !  I mean you can stream using you cell hone hot spot!

Unless of course you use model below LOL

For myself, indeed I do know better. I'm still happy with FSX ,so LOL yes, offline looks awesome to me!

Good question. Given that MSFS was designed around the basic idea of streaming real-world satellite scenery from the cloud, which requires a good internet connection, asking how it looks without that connection is pointless and irrelevant. Of course it looks terrible, but so what? With the connection -- which for most simmers is available most of the time -- it looks terrific.
