August 27, 20223 yr Reviews look good except many complain of stickie pitch in the yoke. Some say it gets better with time, but this is a chronic issue w/ my Saitek yoke that does not get better over time. If you have this device what's your sense about this particular issue? The rest of it seems great including the TQ, especially for my small desk area. I'm also looking at TCA Boeing which by all accounts works great as a yoke but the TQ leaves some to be desired. Honeycomb Yoke also looks good for smooth pitch control but its TQ won't fit in my work/play space. September 5, 20223 yr I've had the V1F (Velocity One Flight) yoke for about 1.5 months now and the sticky pitch control is better, but still there. The CH Eclipse yoke I was using prior had its nuances too, you learn to adapt and after awhile it becomes second nature. Definitely not a dealbreaker for me. there are too many positives built into this yoke/throttle combo. Windows 11 would sometimes not initialize the V1F with the current v1.3.3 firmware but dialing back to v1.1.0 solved not having to unplug and then plug it back in. A new v1.4 is due out this week as mentioned on their discord. Trim wheel is outstanding feature (although I've not had one before so can't really compare.) Clamping system is first-rate. FYI, I don't own an Xbox and use the V1F exclusively on a PC. I use Lorbys AAO for only axis control. other buttons are mapped thru MSFS. V1F does not work with P3D and I don't know if it ever will. -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe
