September 21, 20223 yr Now that SIM 10 is out, I would like to use 3 monitors taking advantage of the "Experimental" options. I really need some serious help trying toi figurre out how to do it. I've only had MSFS 2020 for about 1 month and just installed the SIM 10 update. So for a guy with little history with MSFS and an app that has NO MANUAL, my question(s) is/ are simple regarding the latest update: From the Experimental Window in the General Options, what are the step-by-step procedures for setting up a 3 monitor "cockpit?" With all the mumbo jumbo terminology in this menu I just don't have enough background, experience, or intuition to figure it out myself. I just want to fly and not become lost in the hardware/software jungle along the path. So thanks to all in advance fto anyone willing to put together a tutorial that will explain how the multiple monitor setup should be done. All of the information I havfe seen so far relates to the performance AFTER the setup is complete. Unfortunately there is no explanation how they got there!!

September 22, 20223 yr I don't use a triple monitor setup anymore but it should be straight forward, select all three monitors active in nvidia surround, assuming you are using an nvidia card, then in game select your resolution and try it out. Keep in mind unless you are using a 3090 you will have to dial back your settings so you don't run out of vram. September 22, 20223 yr Author TurboKen, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond but your description is like a foreign language. I am embarrassed to say that nothing about the multiple monitor setup is "straight forward." I do not have Nvidia card. I have AMD card. I am so dense I can't even figure out how to "pop out a window." Hence the reason why I asked for some step-by-step directions. Thanks again

Thanks again I'm sorry, since I don't have an AMD card I am not able to give you exact directions, and since I no-longer have 3 monitors I am not sure how to enable all 3 screens in game either. Maybe somebody will chime in and offer some support. 🙂 You might find a video to explain how to do this in detail... September 25, 20223 yr I too would benefit from having a step-by-step process to utilize the experimental multi-monitor function in MSFS. I currently use Nvidia to combine the monitors, with the obvious distortion affect. ...I would also need to know what to change in the current Nvidia setup, Thanks, Brian
