Twitching Manifold pressure needles on C414

This happens at high attitudes but don't know how to fix it.

Assuming that you're flying on PC, this behavior can be caused by having the "automixture" assistance option enabled. The turbocharger logic in the 414 conflicts with the MSFS automixture assistance.

Sorry for the dumb question but I can't find this option in Flight Model section--can someone direct me to where it is?

Automixture is under Options > Assistance Options > Aircraft Systems.
