C414 Tablet Locked

Featured Replies

Recently I installed MSFS to address an issue not related to this plane. I installed the C414 fresh as well and now when I start the plane the tablet displays the fuel and balance page. I am only able to store it and even when doing that the tablet still displays the fuel and balance page. I removed it and combed for any leftover files but did not find them. I would think that is the problem, that I am missing deleting something so the plane can install fresh. The only other software I have installed so far is the PMS GTN750, Sim EFB Manager, FSUIPC, FSLTL, pushback helper, and Spad. Also, none of the buttons on the tablet are working except for click spot to stow and un-stow the tablet. Is un-stow right? Anyway, to put the tablet away and pull it back out again. Does anyone know how to go about fixing the issue?

Thanks,

Ed

Same thing happens. I tried with one other livery that was for the PMS 750 WT. I also deleted the contents of the folders in LocalState/Packages and LocalCache/SimObjects/Airplanes and still the same results.

What buttons?  It has a power button and beyond that are icons along the bottom of the screen, just above the bezel.  What happens when you click on the icons?

None of the icons or the power button shown in your image work. The only thing I am able to do is stow it away and bring it back out of the storage down in the door pocket.

Would it be beneficial to attach an image of what I see displayed on the tablet? It is stuck on the fuel page; the same page in your image.

The problem was PMS GTN750. When I did the clean install of MSFS that was one of the programs I did not bother install since it is extracted and dropped into location. Once I deleted the folder for it, and placed a freshly extracted copy back into place everything returned to normal. I do not place items into the community folder. I use MSFS Addons Linker; however, I cannot fathom how that would have anything to do with the issue. Well, everything is great. Thank you for your time and help, Frank.
