How RXP GTN 750 Navigation Data Is Updated？

Buy an airplane, and then you can buy and install a realworld GTN system on it, only then you can subscribe up-to-date navdata from Garmin which handy RXP also uses.

Or you just wait the trainer update about once or twice a year which came with navdata about half year old.

Actually, you can purchase Garmin/Jeppesen navdata without owning the airplane... but it is indeed the same price..
