Moving from X-Plane 11 to 12

What is the recommended install procedure when moving P2atc from X-Plane 11 to X-Plane 12?  Both 11 and 12 are installed on the Desktop.  Or, will p2atc automatically recognize and interact with the new X-Plane 12 installation when the latter launches, assuming only 11 or 12 is operating at a given time?

Nothing to change in P2A.  Just be sure XP12 has XPUIPC installed and if you want traffic, install the P2A_XPLink plugin to XP12.

Then, whichever one is running, P2A will find.  And you are right, don't run both at once.  It will kill your frame rate and P2A will randomly choose which one it is connected to...giving undeterminable results.
