Does anyone know the file for the Jetway Texture or how to change it?

Offhand I do not know what the file is, but yes it can be changed. I strongly suggest you make your own texture though, and not modify the stock texture.You would make your jetway model and texture, and then you would have a unique GUID assigned to your model, so that you could use it wherever you wanted.Probably you should ask the modeling scenery design guys about this. You can make custom animated jetways in FSX.
