November 13, 20223 yr Hello, Whenever I turn on the G1000 AP, the flight directors, pitch hold (PIT) and ALTS are automatically sellected. There doesn't seem to be a way of turning off the FD in AP mode and thus removing ALTS so I can't modift the elevator trim when the AP is on.. Is this normal?
