November 23, 20223 yr Was just wondering if the Stream Deck Editor will be made compatible with v6? Wish I hadn't updated to v6 as now its messed up all my profiles and i need the editor to fix them up again! 🛫
November 23, 20223 yr Commercial Member Sorry, but it looks like that is no longer possible (or only at the cost of a greatly reduced feature set). I have been analyzing V6 for a couple of days now, and I have little hope. The Elgato software uses encrypted IDs for the "sub-profiles" now (those were GUIDs before), and it is no longer possible to to identify them. The Editor can no longer find out which pages belong together, which button opens what folder, and it can't create new profiles. I may be able to create an app that moves Actions between existing profiles, but that is it. And even that is not certain yet. So you would have to use the Elgato software to create empty profiles, folders and pages, and then you could theoretically use the Editor to move Actions around. I guess that Elgato didn't really like the idea of third party editors, this looks like a deliberate move. Edited November 23, 20223 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
