November 23, 20223 yr I'm after help with my Saitek panels, radio, FIP, autopilot and switch panel. They all stopped working after updating to SU10. I'm looking at going down the SPAD route, can any advise how I would uninstall the Saitek driver for the panels please? Any other advice on using SPAD with MSFS would be greatly appreciated. November 23, 20223 yr I can't comment on how to remove the Saitek drivers (are they listed under Windows' "Add/Remove Software" in Settings?). As for SPAD.next, I use it and love it. You can learn quite a bit about how to setup and configure and use SPAD.next by checking out Les O'Reilly's YouTube channel:https://www.youtube.com/@LesOReilly He's posted dozens of tutorials. Everything from general setup and walk-throughs to very specific tutorials on how to set up various peripherals. I highly recommend his videos. I know a lot of people don't like Discord, but SPAD also has a very active Discord where you can go to get advice and help. Edited November 23, 20223 yr by Malaromane
November 23, 20223 yr As for my personal usage, I create a profile in MSFS for my peripherals that have pretty much nothing mapped to them and then make all of my mappings in SPAD.next profiles. That way, when I switch aircraft in the sim, I don't have to remember to change the control profiles too since SPAD takes care of that automatically for me.

I'll 2nd Les's channel, I learned a lot from him and he's a fellow Canadian I believe 🙂 I too have a radio and multi panel, I downloaded profiles for them and I have assigned the right lower inner & outer rotary (When DME is selected) on the radio panel to adjust the EFIS zoom range and mode selector on the Fenix A320 and the IniBuilds A310. Just need to find the time to do the same for the PMDG. I have never tried using the controller assignments within Spad, how accurate are the curves for the controllers? It really would be much easier than keep switching aircraft controls within MSFS Richard i7-12700K | Noctua NH-D15S Black Version | MSI Pro Z690 - A | 32 GB DDR4 3600 | Gigabyte Gaming OC 4090 | 1TB WD Blue NMVe (MSFS 2020) | 500 GB WD Black Gen 4 NVMe | 4TB WD Black Conventional | Fractal Design Torrent Case | Seasonic 1000W Gold Plus PSU | Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke | Honeycomb Throttle | Airbus Side Stick | Virpil Rudder Pedals | Sony X90K 55 Inch TV |

It really would be much easier than keep switching aircraft controls within MSFS I haven't quite gotten that far myself yet either. I have left the basic axis assignments directly in MSFS (or X-Plane) but then use SPAD to map all of the buttons, dials and switches on my various controllers. I'm still trying to wrap my head around a tutorial that was posted on using SPAD to map the axes so that the Honeycomb Bravo will work correctly with the TBM930 and allow you to easily move the power lever to either side of the gate but it's using some advanced SPAD features that are still just a little beyond my understanding.
November 23, 20223 yr Another recommendation to check out Les' SPAD videos. They helped me out immensely when I was first starting out with SPAD.
