FSX AI Traffic

I found a FSX Flightplan Decompiler that puts the traffic.bgl into notepad format. Is there a compiler out yet similar to TTools by Lee Swordly?

Peter van der Deen is working, and made some great progress on a true FSX compatible FP compiler. He is retaining the TTools input file format.
