December 1, 20223 yr I have an issue with the brightness of the G1000nxi on the Cirrus SR22 - it is very dark and it is not obvious how to adjust it . The display adjustment knob on the panel appears stuck on maximum and can't be rotated and the manual adjustment procedure on the PFD itself shows no difference in brightness going from 0 - 100%. Suggestions appreciated. Bruce Bruce Bartlett Frodo: "I wish none of this had happened." Gandalf: "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."

But even on maximum, if it is too dark, press Menu on the PFD, then select the display you want (PFD or MFD) and change from Auto to Manual and choose the percentage you want. Auto is usually a bit dark. This works fine here. If it doesn't work for you I don't know what the problem is. December 1, 20223 yr Author Thanks but I have already done what you suggest on the PFD and changing from auto to manual has no effect as adjusting the percentage does not change the display brightness. Bruce You don't have any WT G1000 mod in your community folder, right? Also, did you try with a default livery?
