Cereproc website problems

Hello there,

does anyone here have some experience with Cereproc.com? I have some serious contact problems with them.

I tried purchasing several voices for my P2ATC yesterday, but I did not receive any instruction how to access my voices per email ( I got no confirmation except my paypal) and they also simply do not react whatsoever to any inquiry via contact formulars.

Any advice would be appreciacted.

When you purchased the voices you probably set up an account with Cereproc.  To download the voices you just need to sign in to that account. Your purchases will then be available.

I had a similar situation a while ago with downloading a voice from them.  Regarding contact, they are most likely closed over Christmas and New Year. They are in Scotland so there is an extra holiday. They should be back to work on 4 Jan.

Thanks for your help, my problem is though that I cannot sign into this account because I did not receive a confirmation email which I think activates it in the first place. If I type in my mail and password I set when registering it says it doesnt recognize me.
And if I try resetting password I do not get the email for that process.

Very frustrating and problematic as I think I can only download the voices within 7 days.

Have you checked your spam folder ?

In my cereproc account, I see all files from my first login in 2019.
Since 2021, voices are delivered as one combined installer "CereVoiceEngine.exe",
I think, it loads all voices at installation time, so by executing this "CereVoiceEngine.exe"
(it's the same file for all my orders in the past), even after re-installing Windows, I got all voices I have bought in the past.

I cannot find any hint on "7 days", neither in their FAQ nor in their "Terms & Conditions"

I had problems creating an account with them.  In my case I couldn't change my password and the site requires this step to continue.  I reached out to their tech support (message link on their website) and my problem was solved overnight!

I was then able to run their installer and load the voices I purchased.  They work great in P2A!
