January 29, 20233 yr Disclaimer: I’m new to Pilot2ATC and in the trial period, the whole thing could be a pebtac problem. Problem: Dialed in transponder code changes unintentionally. When I dial in the squawk code, I get a „radar contact“ message from atc. The displayed code changes unintentionally after a few seconds to another code. How often I manually change the code something changes it after few seconds to another code. Is the virt. copilot to blame? Airplane: bkqs analog kingair 350 with tdms GTNXi Sometimes I have to admit to myself:"Si tacuisses, philosophus mansisses"
January 29, 20233 yr Commercial Member Most likely MSFS is changing it. P2A will never change the code on its own or via the copilot. Only tells you what to set. You need to turn off all the MSFS ATC options. Options -> Assistance->Piloting->AI Radio Communications (ATC) - OFF Options -> Assistance->Navigation Aids->Route & Waypoints - OFF Options -> Assistance->Navigation Aids->Taxi Ribbon = OFF Options -> Assistance->Navigation Aids->Landing Path - OFF Options -> Assistance->User Experience->ATC UI Panel Open at Start - OFF Options -> Assistance->User Experience->Show Message Log in ATC Menu- OFF Options -> Assistance->User Experience->ATC Voices - OFF

February 1, 20233 yr Author Hi Dave, Problem solved, AI Radionavigation was the culprit. Thank you for your quick help. I bought P2ATC yesterday btw. FS-Chatter and FSUIPC too. 3:0 for England😃? Using Amazon Polly voices, but as a known fact, they do not work on each programstart. Sometimes I have to admit to myself:"Si tacuisses, philosophus mansisses"
