i have send support ticket and got no reaction  i have waited almost two weeks the issue its with that i can not register the avoincs the pl 21 for xls can you please fix this i have paid lot of money for the product 

You were contacted on Jan 31, so I don't think "got no reaction" is honest.

As for you needing to register the PL21 again... I will see what the issue is.  According to our records, you have done two complete installations/registrations and now you are requesting a third.  Is this correct?

 

Also... using your NAME as a signature in posts makes it a great deal easier for me to locate your support tickets (all of them).  And no, submitting multiple tickets doesn't do anything positive at all.

i needed to reinstall windows for msfs and forget to uinstall the plane after that all the uinstallers of p3d where gone so i deleted the whole folder and reinstalled everything again 

Please sign your posts... it makes my job easier.  Thank you.  When I have a name, I can use it to search for the individual in our support system.  I will see if I can get your issue resolved today.  Please try to remember to uninstall in the future.

i get now new kind of message the server issued activation codes but they did not work on your computer either try again or contact support best regards
