February 22, 20233 yr Hello everyone! Does anyone know if it's possible to turn the sound on in the iFly 737 MAX8 when using another application on the computer. I just hate feeling of the sound suddenly cutting when not being focused on P3D anymore and e.g. surfing the web. Thanks in advance. Cheers!
February 22, 20233 yr If you want P3D sound to remain on while using another app, make sure Mute On Lost Focus is Unchecked in P3D sound settings. .......Lloyd Lloyd Noel (Ontario, Canada) Intel i9 [email protected] / NZXT Kraken X73 AIO / MSI MPG Z590 Gaming+ / 64GB DDR4 3600 Corsair Vengeance LPX / Gigabyte RTX4080 Super Gaming OC / Dell S3422DWG Monitor / Corsair RM1000e 1KW PS / 1TB WD Black M.2 (Win 11 Pro) / 1TB Sabrent Rocket M.2 .(MSFS2020) / 512GB Sabrent Rocket M.2 (XP12) / 1TB TimeTec SATA (Misc. & FS Support)

February 23, 20233 yr There is a setting in the configuration manager, when you modify the settings for each livery you can choose the setting. For some reason that option doesn't appear when you are in the Prepar3D menu. Probably best to check the support forum for a more prompt response!

For anyone still strugling on how to find the setting, open your "Get Liveries" App by typing it in the lens feature of windows, then click on "My Fleet Tool" and select the livery you want your sound to remain when on lost focus. There you click "Edit" and hit "Next" and then you untick "Mute on Lost Focused". This feature is very well hidden, appreciate it!

By any chance, do you know how it's done on any captain sim aircraft in P3D as well?
