March 3, 20233 yr Returning to PIlot2ATC after a spell away from it. Pleased to find this version is recognising my speech much better (this may be a WIn11 thing as I set up the full voice recognition tool). My issue though is this - When I click on the standby freq to open the comm window, it launches to some invisible or off screen location. I've tried all the obvious fixes - ALT-Tab shows the window, but I cant interact with it to reposition. WIndows key and space does nothing. Nor is it hiding behind a full screen MSFS as I ran that in Windowed mode and minimised it. Most perplexing! I'm in Windows 11 and have a multi-monotpr set-up. My next step will be to disconnect all bu 1 monitor to see if that will force the window to a place I can position it. But before I do, I thought I would ask here (not seen any recent posts in the forums on this issue). As I side note, I also find I cant use my external Saitek radio panel (SPAD drivers) to tune comm1 to the assigned frequency - it just skips over it like it didn't exist. This was in the CJ4 in MSFS. Was curious what might cause this behavior ? Edited March 3, 20233 yr by alpineb I have a PC with stuff in it
March 3, 20233 yr Commercial Member Sounds like it's lost on a phantom screen. Here's how to get it back: 1) After clicking the Stby Com Freq, Hover over the P2A icon on the Taskbar. There should be multiple windows and one is the Radio Freq window 2) Hover over that window and a larger thumbnail of the window should show 3) Right-click that larger thumbnail 4) Select Move 5) Hold down the Right Arrow key on the keyboard until the program comes into view 6) If that doesn’t work, hold down the left arrow 7) Once the window is in view, use the mouse to move it to the desired location.😎 Shut down Pilot2ATC so the location will be remembered. The Saitek panel should be interacting with the SIM and P2A just reading what you do in the SIM. Dave
