Has anyone noticed that the wheels of the jetway ramps are off the ground even when a heavy is assigned to a heavy gate? Any way to fix this?

It seems that the gates will adjust their height depending on the plane they are connecting to. With some of the smaller craft, the jetway wheels sink into the ground, with some of the jumbos they raise up into the air. I think it's just the way it is. I just ignore it.Lee

Thanks for your reply. I figured the same thing, it is not a that big of a deal. It is just one of those things that you wonder is an issue with your own setup. I have over the years experienced a lot of user specific issues so it is nice to hear from some one else that they are seeing the same thing.
