March 25, 20233 yr Can you use FSUIPC to assign LVAR or HVAR stuff to regular keyboard keys...? Afaik Spad and the likes can only assign things to hardware controllers but I am wondering if FSUIPC is an exception. I have NO CLUE AT ALL about LVAR and HVAR and all that kind of stuff: it's all completely new to me. I just discovered that using the keyboard for certain things can be quite convenient (up to now I always used the mouse in the VC as much as possible) but a lot of things can't be assigned to the keyboard using the MSFS control options.

You can use Presets or Lua scripts to define actions using Lvars or Hvars, and then activate the Presets or Lua scripts with a key or button.
