March 30, 20233 yr I have been running these products with success on my P3dv5.3 since they were available. I haven't had any problems wth the....till now. I simply cannot make them start. The logo on my desktop in 'ENVDIR' and 'starting with Admin' I always use....but nothing happens. I have posted in the 'TOGA Forum' several times....and have been totally ignored by the /admin/Developer ..a Mr. Maxime A warning in the manual said NOT to place the files on "C" because of internal promlems...so I placed it on me "E" drive an SSD. Looking in 'regedit'...I see NO entries for TOGA or any of the associated products !!! I'm stumped and really mad that I can't get ANY help from anybody on that Forum !!! Has anybody had this problem with Envdir not starting....and if so...how did you fix it ??? I purchased this from Simarket back in '21....and it worked fine till just recently. March 30, 20233 yr Skip it looks like there is a reply to your post over on the TOGA forum now. I check it regularly as I am also having some issues with their products, although the issue is different than yours. Regarding your issue, this did happen to me several months ago. The fix was to uninstall all TOGA products and make sure there are no TOGA files left on your computer. I can't remember exactly where I found files left behind, but check your program data / program files folders on your C drive to see if anything is left behind there. Orman
