As already witnessed a few times by other users at various airports, I have a problem at UBBB where upon requesting IFR clearance, I get handed over from Ground to Clearance Delivery, and then back to Ground again in an endless loop.

The problem appears to be that 127.9 is the Clearance Delivery frequency you tried to use and is also the BAKU Center frequency.  There is an alternate Clearance Freq on 135.7 that works correctly.

If there had only been one Clearance frequency with this conflict, you could change the frequency for the nearest Center in Taxi Mnt to eliminate the conflict.

Yes, did not realise this was actualy the Ctr freq. Thanks for pointing that out! I've got my clearance now without a problem.
