Rocky Roundup, Day 1

Featured Replies

As requested, here is the flight for Wednesday, April 12, 2023.

This is Day 1 of a 10 day coach tour out of Vancouver, through the Rocky Mountains, and up to the historic Hudson Bay Co. forts of Prince George and Prince Rupert.

From there, we put the coach on BC Ferries to Port Hardy and continue the trip down Vancouver Island to visit Victoria.

Last leg will be a scenic tour of the San Juan Islands, and back to the departure city of Vancouver.

I'll be flying Black Square/Rob Young's A36 Bonanza, but anything with a 180 kts cruise speed will do.

Recommended weather:  Clear Skies or High Clouds.

FWIW. Here is a more “cluttered” version of our ultimate destination. A quick install: Vernon CYVK.
