I'm sure some of these PC owners have spent thousands of dollars on their flight simulation equipment on their PC, and they probably also follow all procedures and may even fly on VATSIM (or the other ATC networks) when they are on their PC. But sometimes, they may want to just relax on their couch and it can be convenient for them when they just want to have a casual flight on their couch using their XBox. The Covid epidemic put back the usage of X box by 2 years - due the shortage of chips etc. - and I was one who suffered the shortage herein Australia - but I finally have the X series and dumped the S series - and because of the delay - I too was one of those who spent more than I should have on my PC. I now have to decide how to use both peripherals without the new expense - probably geographically based on my more popular areas in the PC and new skies on the X Box so that I don't have to duplicate the costs - of software scenery. Aircraft takes care of themselves with the boost - WP influences on Default A/c. We await the Blackbush ? treatment of the props Good to see that Just Flight and PMDG have turned to X box - and maybe Orbx should review its contribution to X Box scenery duplicate costings I see the more regular X box user - going for the easier and cheaper CS 777-200 that gets a 4.5 star rating - and the basic G.A aircraft The real boost to the success of X Box would be the repeat of the highly successful "Community" facility and Flightsim.to type freeware
