I just love their aircraft - and the Lear jet (2020) and Reborn 500 and looking forward to getting the Chieftain - I flew years ago I hope by the time that it comes out - they will have stopped the ridiculous idea of using MS Marketplace as their selling point - because somehow -I have not been able to buy their last 3 aircraft - due to a glitch on MS - which makes me wonder how many sales they have lost

I don't have experience of the Citation X - but as intro to Business jets - I love the Lear 35 - but these last few weeks - because of my use of the Longitude in 2020 - I have enjoyed the new Skywards Sovereign - the big sister of the Longitude

Unfortunately - that's the way FS Reborn prefers it - and so far - because MP is such a mess - this is the 3rd aircraft of theirs that I couldn't get due to the daft workings of MS I just wonder how many others have failed to purchase the Phenom - for example

Probably it was the Update Australia - where for since the beginning of 2020 flight sim - MS used a Bing 2013 Sat - and now after the update - I can see my house - lived in since 2014 - at last - instead of a building site😃

Not exactly a jet - but the Viscount as one of the most succesful International aircraft - would be a winner

Having read the 4 pages diligently - to see if I could glean anything that might help me and my conclusion is that - In a way - I am so glad that for the life of me - after 5 days of trying I cannot simply install - or use 2024 - beyond the infamous 97% - and since many $$ have been spent on 2020 - it looks as if it is here to stay with this old bloke This despite a myriad of help from all sources - including MS -- what is constant - is that they say my bandwidth "is too low" but it's 100 Mps - hard wired - the recommended minimum!. This all on PC - but I also have an X Box on which it starts up without any probs. and downloaded and running on a WIFI connection - but all my expensive hardware is on PC

Same here - MS has lost 4 aircraft and 1 scenery purchase from me I think it has something to do with - although the credit card they have - has been used many times - it doesn't work now because the system seems to come to a halt when MS check with the bank - which either shows a break down with MS talking to the bank - or a glitch in the system I just wish they would get it sorted out - it's been going on for some time It might be just an Australian problem - in my case - the ANZ

I have been having the same problem for my last 4 attempt's to purchase 4 aircrafts It stops at a black screen

Just about everything that the OP said - except that despite 30 plus hours of trying tget 2024 into my computer - I still haven't succeeded to even get the short time to play the word not allowed thing as the OP seems to have done I have tried to install it on a completely - new - formatted SSD 2TB - ie no previous install - no community - no marketplace - only Asobo defaults as installed that are in the download Have uninstalled - reformatted - reinstalled 3 times with nothing past 97% - even after leaving it for 2 hours - and like the OP - have examined every suggestion on MS forum and elsewhere What is strange - is that - in the xbox Ap - I can play 2024 via the Cloud ??
