Low bandwidth pop-ups recently

Featured Replies

I wanted to check if anyone else has been dealing with inconsistent low bandwidth pop ups in MSFS 2024 over the last couple weeks. I have been using 2024 exclusively for the past six months and only recently started seeing these messages.

When the pop up appears, my destination airport usually ends up blurry or fails to load in even after the message clears. I am on a hard wired one gig connection and everything looks stable on my end. I have also tried different DNS settings without success. I am not using the Google map replacement mod that has been discussed elsewhere. What has me puzzled is the inconsistency. I can fly for twelve hours or more with no issues, then get the pop up on a short or medium flight. Once it happens, the scenery at the destination never seems to recover. Internet monitoring suggests everything is good on my end, so it feels like a server side issue, but I have not seen many others mentioning it.

Has anyone else been experiencing the same thing?
