June 24, 20232 yr Hi Everybody, Funny think happened when I purchased a new cable for my old 75" Samsung UHDTV. I never had the option of G-sync Monitor when using the HDMI output on the TV to the HDMI input the computer. I went and picked up an HDMI to Display Port to go with my 4090 and now I have the G-Sync option. This Samsung TV doesn't have G-Sync as far as I know. It's the UN75JU6500FXZA model. Any ideas? June 24, 20232 yr IIRC, G-Sync compatilibity over HDMI requires HDMI v2.1 or higher...perhaps your old cable wasn't 2.1 compatible and the new one is?
