How do I change interior for addon livery?

Featured Replies

I have the Carenado Skymaster and some models have a white interior and others a black interior. Today I added an addon livery and that in itself works fine, but its a dark livery and it has the white interior assigned to it.

Which entry, in which file do I need to change to switch the interior?

Cheers!

Maarten

I think Carenados files are encrypted as everything from MS store, so there is no help i'm afraid.

I have the Microsoft/Carenado Bonanza V35B, which is encrypted. However, the "texture.cfg" files are not encrypted which should allow adding/changing texture fallback order.

Editing the texture.cfg file of the addon livery, adding a fallback.1 to the list that points to the texture folder of the interior you want, will likely work.

For details, I recommend the Microsoft/Asobo SDK:Introduction (flightsimulator.com)

Search for "fallback"

Good hunting.

PS I don't own the Skymaster so cannot develop detailed instructions.
