July 16, 20232 yr Hey Dave, just a quick note that I believe there is a bug in the latest beta when exporting flight plans. When exporting and then later starting MSFS and loading the saved plan, all appears to load ok initially. However, when attempting to change the starting point to say, a gate or ramp rather than a runway, the change won't take. It just keeps it at the runway and won't let the user change to a gate/ramp.
July 16, 20232 yr Commercial Member There may have been a change in MSFS, but none to P2A that would cause this. Have you tried setting the departure location before you load the flight plan? Please email the flight plan in question to [email protected] so I can see if anything looks like it could cause this. Dave
July 16, 20232 yr Commercial Member Thanks for the route. I tried 2 ways of loading the plan and both let me start from a gate. FIrst: Select KBNA as departure airport and select gate. Load plan and departure switches to the runway for the SID. Press Start Flying and it starts at the gate. Second: Load plan. Select gate and it immediately switches back to RW02C in the dropdown. Press Start Flying and it starts at the gate. Seems that MSFS is recognizing that you want to start from the gate, but is displaying the departure runway. Dave
