If you don't like the MSFS eyepoint or move in/out keyboard speeds, I'm guessing this software program can slow that stuff down to exactly how you like it. (Maybe).

Looks like the 2 large programmable buttons might be useful to someone in VR, plus the 2 rotary switches top left of the keypad, easy to locate even with a headset on.
