Itried to Launch AAOH today and received the following pop up: Error when loading configuration database: There is an error in XML document (98710,26) If you continue all previous data will be lost. Can you advise please?

Can you advise please? You have somehow managed to break the aircraft configuration database. Any idea how that happened? What was the last thing you did when it was still working? Did you import a 3rd party script file or template? Check out the manual, chapter about "File Handling". AAO stores the database in several generations, and by going back a generation or two, you should be able to recover the last working database. Still, I would like to see that file. Please send an email with your proof of purchase and the database XML file to the support address (last page of the AAO manual) Edited August 5, 20232 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
August 9, 20232 yr i also managed that in the past It happenend for me when i was flying and using AaO and suddenly a Power Loss happend, and my PC complete shut down. After the Power restore and booting of the PC AaO started with the same Error Message, but i have daily Backups so i could restore it to the State before the Power Loss. I guess its just a matter of bad luck, maybe AaO was just writing something when the PC shut down. So cannot say enought, Backup your AaO config 🙂
