@G-RFRY Thanks though I already have HW monitor and know of my high temps even with the new affinity mask settings. I thought this would help alot of people with the i9 13900K and KS which is what I have.

 - This has solved my heat problem. I'm running an MSI board and if I change the cooler setting to Box cooler (As per the comments, which defaults to Intel settings and 253w). I'm now back to running all P and E cores at 5.6ghz (1 at 6ghz) without temps going crazy.
