Unable to find Windows purchased downloads

Featured Replies

Hi , I have just bought a new PC with windows 11 and i am currently setting up the new PC with MSFS 2020.

Last year i bought 3 airport downloads from Windows store and i want to download them on to my new PC but i can find the invoice and order numbers, But there is no link or any help to down load on to the new PC.  If i go into show deatails , It just shows me the invoice ,

I cannot find away to contact windows store

Can anyone help me with this?  Is it possible that i can transfer the software if i can find it to a USB stick and transfer it?

I assume you purchased these in the in-game marketplace?
When you are logged in into MSFS with the same Xbox account that you purchased these airports with you can install them through the Marketplace or Content Manager.

Flightsim rig:
CPU: AMD 5900x  | Mobo: MSI X570 MEG Unify | RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo | GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3090 | Storage: M.2 (2 & 4 TB) | PSU: Corsair RM850x | Case: Fractal Define 7 XL
Display: Acer Predator x34 3440x1440 | Speakers: Logitech Z906
Controllers: Fulcrum One Yoke | MFG Crosswind v2 pedals | Honeycomb Bravo Quadrant |Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant | Stream Deck XL & Plus | TrackIR 5 Tobii eye tracking

The key is to have the same Xbox account: that is to say the same username.

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Yeah this is one of the potential downsides of the marketplace.  Your DLC is permanently linked to that MS/XBOX account.

Though to be honest steam DLC is often that way as well and it also will be pretty unusual to want to switch XBOX accounts anyway.

If you are using the same login account your previous purchases should show up in Content Manager as owned and you just need to install them.
