Blank 2dPanel on starting P2ATC

Featured Replies

Hi Dave

I've migrated my set up to XP12 and currently moving over all the apps....and just finished with P2ATC and works OK, so far... BUT on starting the app I have a BLANK 2DPANEL. Checking thro the app cannot find where this originates... hummm. Any ideas or is a bug?

Cheers

Not sure what you mean by a "blank 2D panel".

If that means the map and flight plan areas are blank, then you probably have the P2A main screen in "Minimized" mode where the center section is hidden and you can adjust the height to show only the top and bottom portions of the screen.  Just press the arrow in the bottom left of the screen, above the Power indicator, and it should go back to normal display mode.

If you mean the screen is not visible, then your AppConfig file may have become corrupted.  If so, you can rename that file so a new one will be built and fix the problem.  Of course, you will lose your Config settings and  they will go back to their default values.

The AppConfig.xml file is located at:
c:\users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Settings\AppConfig.xml
where <UserName> is your PC user name.
Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.
