New monitor recommendations wanted please

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I've had 3 x Samsung T240 monitors for about 15 years now and want something new and shiny. I've a fairly decent rig with an RTX 2070 and i7 6700K mobo. Was interested in an ultrawide monitor of around 34-inches but thought I'd come here to ask what other people would recommend. I'd also consider a 4K TV if that would offer better value for money without sacrificing quality.

using Monoprice 48" now and bang/$ can't be beat for MSFS. That being said, its too big for everything else. Recently tried the new 43" curved LG OLED and it is amazing. Would buy that hands down.

OLED TVs in the UK are really expensive at the moment. Much more than say a 34" gaming monitor.

I have a LG UltraGear 34GN850P Nano IPS that I am very happy with, it has support for both FreeSync and G-Sync.
