Has your quest 2 to link cable suddenly stopped? Some help

Featured Replies

just came back from holiday switch the PC on and I could not get the link cable to connect to my headset.
PC says it was connected, but the oculus software says it was not. Working fine when I last used it.  Went through the normal procedure factory reset the headset reinstall the software no luck

it seems latest version of the occulus software has a bug.   Turned on developer mode and opted into the “Public Test channel.”

it downloaded new drivers which fixed it !!!

Hope  this  helps any of you out there who may have this problem

Have the exact same problem. Unfortunately, opting into the public test channel does not fix it for me, I was already on the public test channel when the problem started.

I beg anyone with any ideas on a resolution to share. I have already updated every possible driver on my computer.

Feel for you , I had a day to myself and wasted 3 hours trying to sort this.  Does your pc see the quest is connected but the occulus software does not ?   One thing I also did was log out of my account on the headset and then logged back in.

it was so annoying , I only use it to connect to msfs and F1 and a few titles on the pc.  Airlink  connected but was unplayable for msfs
