Is anyone else having this issue? I think the vram memory management is a bit more unstable then prior su13. I run at 4090 and and 7900x3d and even at high settings (compared to ultra), with varjo aero, I get more often ctd when going from 2d into VR mode (STRG + TAB) all in dx12. Also since su13 and rtx4090 I get more ground texture bleed through at airport textures. Never had that with su13 and rtx3090. I swapped to 4090 when su13 came out, so I'm not sure what exactly is the cause or if it's the combo. Sim runs incredibly smooth in dx12 and a bit more hickups (very small terrain stutter when panning my head) in dx11. That's why I run at dx12 and try it further. Yeah I think thats exactly right, it seems like a VRAM issue to me as well, but just in DX12. Its too bad because as you say, the sim does run smoother and faster for me in dx12 mode.
