I love the app when it works but lately it’s unusable for me. It appears then disappears and I’m unable to open it again.

Make sure you select the "PIN" icon.  That will force it to the front of the screen.

Perhaps it just going behind the MSFS window?

 

Thank you for the suggestion, I tried but the pushback page will show for a second like it’s loading up then turn black and not open again. 

Please look on the Settings panel.

There's an opacity slider.  It sounds like you have it set to full opacity.

Please delete this folder:

C:\Users\***your user name***\AppData\Roaming\FS2Crew Pushback Express

and this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Pushback Express MSFS

Then reinstall Pushback Express.

This will start you fresh.
