What's the story on the SVS.  No help coming for a week from Carenado.  Are they closed for the holidays ~:)

I've sent my SVS purchase Serial # to Carenaado (twice) during the past week,  as they requested and as

yet,  no response ~:(

For those of us who are current users  how do we take advantage of this ?  Are there any

steps we need to take or is the extension seamless / automatic ?

My SVS magically started functioning tonight  >>  Perhaps due to the "extension".  Thank you to those responsible.
