PMDG 737 900 ER Engine 2 is not starting or spooling

I have been using licensed version pmdg 737 series and using nicely without any issues. After Sim Update 14, second engine does not start or spools up though APU is running and first engine starts without any issue. In order to ensure smooth experience, I uninstalled through clean uninstall using external software but to no avail. Evenafter that second engine doesn't start at all. With single engine running, PMDG behaves weirdly like rolling to left or right instead of going straight for take off. I am clueless after extensive search. Can you screenshot your air conditioning / bleed air panel at lower right portion of your overhead?

 

Probably Isolation Valve wasn't configured correctly.
