Like with any other ATC system MCE doesn't integrate with, it's just a matter of going to "ATC" tab and setting "Other ATC" at the bottom and restarting MCE.

From then on, when you hold assigned Push To Talk button down, MCE will suspend all its speech recognition until the button is released. Applies to Vatsim, Pilot2Atc, PilotEdge. VoxAtc or others.

Not at all. BeyondATC has its own speech recognition and all MCE will do is prevent your ATC transmission getting to FO while PTT is down.

It is their job to set COMMS if they have such option.

If they can't do it on specific planes, once you hear the frequency or squak code, ask co-pilot directly

radio one one eighteen seven

vhf one one one nine decimal zero zero five

com one one two four point six

.... many other variations

You can preset freqs on standby side with such commands

standby com one one two four decimal seven seven five. And later when you need that freq to be active on COM 1, say

"swap com one", "toggle radio one", "transfer vhf one".

For transponder

transponder code X X X X

squawk code X X X X

squawk X X X X

The only ATC programs MCE fully integrates with are

- Radar Contact ATC (only possible in Prepar3D or FSX right now)

- PF3 ATC, a third party  add-on. See this thread.

FS2Crew integrated there voices with BATC.

Multi crew experience is just like fs2crew can I use my copilot with BATC as well

if MCE share their voice sets with BATC, I'm sure they could. FS2Crew and BATC must have come to a business agreement

Im not going to get anywhere with this but it would be nice just to use my FO instead of BATC voices

Ask BATC whether any user can record BATC speech.

Also ask them whether there is some kind of ATC log of the transmissions as well as the possibility to de-select BATC FO voice voice and use other voices instead.
