December 27, 20232 yr Been away for a few days and as usual things don’t just work as they did when I left. I’ve recently got an issue in that when I switched to VR. Steam link on the home page says next up MSFS but just hangs on that anybody got any ideas? 🥲 link cable still works but doesn’t seem quite as good as the steam was SOLVED There is a setting in Steam VR APP under OPEN XR . "Installed Open APR Layers I have OPENXR tooklkit API layer listed here. It was ON switched it OFFand all works now! I did not switch it ON ! ??? December 27, 20232 yr Author It seems to be that the open xr toolkit is no longer compatible with steam link, unless there is a setting that needs changing to make it so 3080rtx on a i7 12700k with 32 Gig ddr5. 2gig Ssd Quest 2 Windows 11
January 15, 20242 yr I read somewhere that there may be recent issues with openxr-toolkit if the order of the api stack is a certain way (something to do with foveated rendering api being above or below?) and re ordering them could fix it.

January 16, 20242 yr maybe give fred's app a try? I think it will report an error if the current hierarchy is a problem and it will re order them appropriately (i think) https://github.com/fredemmott/OpenXR-API-Layers-GUI#getting-help
