Hey...after being at Fancon, and seeing some machines run X reasonably well I've decided to take the plunge and deinstall/reinstall all the way to Acceleration.My question...does Acceleration install the SP1 bits or do I need to run the original patch?Specs:XP SP2Q6600Nvidia 8800 GTX (768mb)Ram, Hard Drives, and a keyboardTIA,btPS...great conf, great speakers. Truly enjoyed the event. Bought me a Track IR too! :-)

You don't need SP1, i is included in Accel. I did the same as you, complete removal of FSX from my drive, a good defrag & a reinstall of RTM Delux & Accell and it's made a nice difference.Jim
