If I enable the Saitek Panel I get the default commands of the panel

Is it possible to affect new commands to the buttons using a script like for another hardware?

You have two options. You can either use the Saitek Panel config dialogs (Hardware->Saitek panel config) to assign scripts, events or variables etc. to the buttons and displays of the Panels. Or you can switch the panels into "MIDI Mode" (also on the config dialog) and they will behave like a "button box" - you can pick up the button presses with AAO on the normal button assignment dialog - same as a joystick or MIDI button.
