In other news, SpaceX now have in orbit Starlink V2 satalites with direct to cell communications capability. Will be great for emergency communications with no cell tower handy.

I saw on the news that the Artemis launch with manned crew aboard has be delayed until 2025!

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱

Yes, I saw that too. Manned landing in 2026. No surprise really. Not too far away.

Gives SpaceX more time to develop lunar Starship I guess.

Hardware will be ready for third flight this month. Regulatory approval should mean early Feb for flight.

2nd test flight failed because they dumped all that fuel. Ironically, if it had a full payload, no dumping would have occured and it would have made orbit. So no hardware issues were involved.
