January 13, 20242 yr Author Hardware will be ready for third flight this month. Regulatory approval should mean early Feb for flight. 2nd test flight failed because they dumped all that fuel. Ironically, if it had a full payload, no dumping would have occured and it would have made orbit. So no hardware issues were involved.
