January 29, 20242 yr On descent with the amazing Tecnam P2012 and noticed that power is shown at 99%, however the white arrows are at like 45%. There's a disconnect between the two. However when I go into engine settings then the white arrows and percentage numbers match up. Anyone know why the discrepancy?
January 29, 20242 yr @dresoccer4 - Good spot. I suspect the gauge at the top has been inadvertantly set up to show manifold pressure, instead of power %. (The readings seem to be mimicking the MP gauge below it). What altitude were you descending from? What altitude were you descending from? the interesting part is it definitely started out showing engine power %. however upon descent is when I noticed things didn't match up. Just an easy descent from 5000' -> 2500' in that screenshot. however now i'm not 100% sure about takeoff/climb. i'll need to try another flight and keep an eye on it closely Edited January 30, 20242 yr by dresoccer4
