Do i have to do anything else?

This ok. Everything else is optional like installing the GLOBE elevation data. You can do this later.
Loading the scenery library allows LNM to show and use all navaids, airports (stock and add-on) from the simulator.

I'd recommend to quickly glance over the start page and also have brief look at the tutorials if you're new to the program.
