February 24, 20242 yr Hi dear fellow simmers I've been flying a lot in Brasil recently – there are some really good freeware airports over there, along some very good payware sceneries. Paulo Ricardo's Rio de Janeiro, for example, is a real gem. What I do miss, though, is a good rendition of Sao Paulo Conghonas (SBSP). There is a halfway decent freeware scenery of it, but it has static jetways that I'am unable to remove to add GSX-jetways. Thus, I'm thinking about getting Paulo Ricardo's Mega Sao Paulo pack. That would give SBSP plus the city of Sao Paulo. Before I buy, I have some questions about it: The pack is for FSX. Has anyone of you running it in P3Dv4.5? Does it work? Concerning SBSP in the package: Does it come with SODE oder GSX jetways? Or is it there a GSX profile for it? Or ist it at least possible to remove the static jetways? Thanks for your replies! Allways three greens Michael Edited February 24, 20242 yr by fio

February 26, 20242 yr I have Paulo Ricardo's SBKP scenery, which I'm running ok in V5, I had to make a patch for it to work properly in v5 but that shouldn't be necessary for v4. From my experience, most FSX sceneries will within reason work on v4 perfectly fine, there's plenty of backwards compatibility between the two, and you won't be looking at the kinds of Autogen/ Elevation issues that V5 brought with it's updated Vector Data. So, with the caveat that I don't own this particular airport (yet...), I reckon you should be fine running it in 4.5. PUT In the UK. AMD Ryzen 5 5600x & Radeon RX6700XT. Prepar3Dv5 @1080p
February 27, 20242 yr Author Thanks, gents, for your kind replies. Chances are good that Mega Sao Paulo would work in P3Dv4.5. In the meantime, I found a review of Ricardo's Mega Sao Paulo that makes more or less clear that the SBSP-scenery that is included in the package is the freeware scenery I mentioned and linked above (RGons In memoriam). Therefore, it makes little sense to buy the Package just to get a better SBSP. What stays is the problem that the freeware scenery has static jetways I'm unable to remove to get GSX jetties. I don't think that someone of you folks managed to get movable jetways or a GSX-profile? Regards Michael
