iFly 737NG Frozen Gauges

I got the iFly 737NG and the expansion pack. Installed both successfully with a lot of help from Flight1. Installed the latest service pack, no issues. Load up P3D which asks do I want to use the new addon, to be placed in the cockpit in which all the crts are frozen. At load up the speed is 45 knots. I take off, retract gear & flaps still at 45 knots? Nav, all are frozen.
Any ideas?

I would post this on the iFLY forums over at Flight1.  They should be able to get you sorted out there.
