Which version have you got?

Thank you, unfortunately it will not install also. Maybe something to do with W11

Sorry ... I've not yet got to grips with W11, looks like it might be a struggle!

I've now had opportunity to install that version of SceneGenX I posted onto a W11 64-bit Professional machine and, apart from the usual "are you sure you want to allow ScenGenX make changes etc." it installed without a hitch and loaded and run faultlessly, having found FS9 with no problem 🙂

As I mentioned earlier, the only provision I've made is to have a separate directory ... in this case "Flight Simulator" in the root of the C drive, in which I created a SceneGenX folder and installed into that.

FS9 was already installed in that "Flight Simulator" folder, (as is FS2002, FS2000 and a demo version of FSX), and any other Flight Sim related programs like sBuilder, LWMViewer etc.

If your W11 is a "Home" version there may be further restrictions to be overcome ... I've heard about these things but not dealt with them.

Also, I am running as Administrator ... if you're running as a local account you may need to choose to run the installer as Administrator.

Good luck.

I cant even get to that stage.    I have W11 Home and the pc is in administrator mode. Will have to look into it. Thanks

Here's another question...I have the traffic tools program. Ok, when I take a flight plan, lets say from Alphia-India's flightplan and plug it into the traffic tools and compile it, I'll get a traffic file. Do I need the aircraft on my computer or how does that work? Ive got probably over hundreds of WoAI aircraft installed with flight plans but want to add some that WOAI didn't get to release or never thought of. If anybody can help me in maybe letting me know that answer. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
